Innovation in Organisations |

We work with businesses and other organisations to embed innovation within their established procedures in such a way that change can be implemented with minimal disruption at minimum cost. Organisations have to innovate to survive but innovation is surrounded by uncertainty. It fits ill with the well managed business machine in which uncertainty is seen as a risk to be managed out of existence. And so without noticing it, innovation is squeezed out and survival uncertain.
We work with and within companies and other organisations to embed innovation within their business systems eliminating the risk it sometimes incurs whilst bringing the opportunities and added value it often brings.
Innovation Lab personnel work with company staff to take an idea from concept to fruition. The end of the exercise is: - A new product, service or business method
- An individual trained and practiced in the Innovation Lab Process
- A senior manager/ director able to initiate and manage the Innovation Lab Process
- A company with an ability to react to change and to stimulate change.
- A company with a built in ability to survive in a changing and innovative world.
We work with business to make innovation an accepted and natural part of their operations. We do this by encapsulating in it a methodology and administrative structure that enables its application to all aspects of the operation of the business, in addition to the development of new products and services. We work with all types of business as the Innovation Lab Innovation Process is applicable to all business environments. We have also modeled the Innovation Process to a variety of the business innovation scenarios including new product, new service, new business model, internal organisation, business culture etc.
