Innovation Lab

Innovation Lab believes that the long term sustainable economic future of local communities rests with the presence of a high density of small ideas driven companies with growth prospects. These companies provide expanding employment and serve to raise the skills base of the areas they inhabit. They also grow within and belong to the surrounding community. They recreate what was lost – a vibrant expansive work base at the forefront of economic development.

Innovation Lab works with local authority planners and developers, contributing our expertise in education, training, innovation and enterprise to the design of economic regeneration schemes devoted to creating and bringing in new companies planting them in the community in an environment where they will take root and grow.  

Our approach recognizes the needs of small and growing ideas based companies:

• For flexible space able to accommodate growth from a desk in an open office, to office space of varying size, to individual buildings. 
• For meeting and networking space and for space to bring and entertain customers, suppliers and clients.
• For a progression of on site support business from start up to flotation through training, mentoring and support networks.
• For integration into the local business community
